RETURNS/EXCHANGESWHAT can be returned?
All items may be refunded or exchanged if found to be faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging and tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an item if we deem these conditions are not met.
If you have simply changed your mind or would like to exchange for a different size we will try our upmost to service your request however we reserve the right as to whether to accept the exchange. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases and we do not offer a refund or exchange for any sale items.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW do customers return items?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are exchanging an item you must include a return self addressed pre-paid satchel with the returned items otherwise a surcharge of $3.00 will be invoiced to you along with the cost of the return shipping.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 2 working days.
CREDIT for returns?
You can choose to receive a refund or a store credit when returning your item. Refunds will only be processed via the original method of payment used when purchasing the item.
We recommend you inspect your items as soon as you receive them, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear.
